I'd like to suggest the Morioh warriors with a reader who's sort of in between Jotaro and the teens age wise - in their earlier twenties maybe - who treats the teens as their 'beloved juniors', they like to buy them ice cream and offer mentorly advice. Chill and cheerful, not necessarily a fighter but super cunning in battle. I see them as someone Jotaro just kinda picked up on his travels who he almost sees as a kid sibling, they're kind of the good cop to his stern cop.
Also mad specific but I imagine they're friendly with everyone, but you can totally tell if there's someone they don't actually like and Rohan is one of them, and it drives him CRAZY because unfortunately he does really respect them and kind of want their approval (he does NOT have a crush, thank you very much)
