So I love my players

They're literally in chat making their canon character scents:

Stone smells like ginger

Therius smells like ash, gunpowder, and cinnamon

Reingus smells like a rain in a garden

Torinn used to smell like cleaning products but now smells like cooking, mostly savoury stuff like soup

Cashmere smells like a sugary pastries

I've got my whole art set up back so have some digital sketches of my D&D players :)

I love them 💕

So apparently I ran two almost perfect sessions of D&D in a row

Notable moments include:

-a fight up a giant ice wall

-local artificer knows how to turn sea creatures into beans and back, just add water, and dropped a whale on the party

-kicking your local villain off a 100 ft cliff, but they have wings and say sike

-slaghund busts through the wall and fights with local dragon

-cleric gives small child a weapon

-party member almost dies, is possessed by his evil arm plant parasite who cocoons him a shambling mound and consumes said villain into their body as vengeance

-said villain survives and makes it to the centre where party member's body is and gets an idea

-sister of said party member and only available healer at the time convinces shambling mound to eat her too so she can heal her brother who is dying

-being inside is like being crushed

-sees villain there too when she gets there, creepy glowing elf eyes, and bloody knife

-all the leaves in the centre have mouths and they are chanting the name of the plant parasite.

-party member's heart glowing through their chest is the only light source, and you can see the parasite plant's roots silhouetted in his heart.

-vine monster collapses when sister heals him and villain escapes into the nearby mineshaft, covered in blood
