I caught this photo of two friends holding hands. Theyre that I work with and they are showing each other some love. I was just gushing all over. And I am so glad I got this photo when I did because that is exactly what this new post is about. Friendship...how important it is to have it and what it is like to lose it. I outline the grief that we often ignore from loss of friendships and some strategies on how to move on. If you've ever lost, broke up with, or got broken up with by a friend...this post is for you. Rise and shine!!! It is Monday morning and I am proud to say that I finally finished my latest post from the Microaggressions series...The Analysis. It has been quite the cathartic journey, so long overdue (my bad) but well worth it. Coming out of a self care break, trying to practice what I preach. I took in nature right in the middle of the city and it was beautiful and much needed.
