The Irony in Life
Hello there, reader. If you've read any of my other work you may know that sometimes I tend to ramble and get off topic, but I'll do the best I can to keep it short, sweet, and to the point: I'll start off by saying I'm a firm believer in the fact that no, everything doesn't happen for a reason. I believe that the obvious argument against this analogy is that events occur based on decisions made by the individual(s). If your opinion is at all similar to mine on this particular topic, you may have lost hope. In nothing specific really, this can apply to any situation, however I lost hope that I would ever have the chance to be happy with someone again. I believed that I had no luck and that I may as well give up trying to find someone like me because I was too odd and weird and different. I have thought I found that person a few times in the past but nothing ever turned out as planned. But if you're worried that things just won't get any better for you, if you believe that things don't just "work themselves out" like some people claim, remember that although things may not necessarily happen for a reason; they do wind up filled with ironic masterpiece and coincidence. And if you happen to be floating in the same boat that I am, take my word when I say that sometimes that person is a lot closer than you expect. I hope you've enjoyed my little rant.
