B - Boundaries – Thou shalt not share with others confidential information, details about thy sex life or push any hard limits without prior consent from thy beloved.

D - Dick – Thou shalt not be one.
E - Expression – Thou shalt fully express thine authentic self and be whoever or whatever thy desires without need for permission. (Except in the case of ‘D’)

O - Owning Your Feelings – Thou shalt accept responsibility for ones own feelings and not seek to blame or dump thy feelings onto thy beloved.
P - Projection – Thou shalt not project thy hopes, fears or expectations onto thy beloved but instead thou shalt endeavour to always see thy beloved and thy relationship with clarity, without judgement and without placing thy beloved on a pedestal.
Q - Questions – Thou shalt always ask for what one needs from thy beloved, but thou shalt not expect thy beloved to always fulfil thy needs.
R - Respect – Thou shalt have respect for thyself, thy beloved and every letter of the ABC at all times.
S - Security – Thou shalt give and openly receive reassurance, support and comfort in times of need.
T - Triggers – Thou shalt be aware of and communicate to thy beloved ones emotional triggers, attachment styles and love languages.
U - Uncertainty – Thou shalt not doubt or seek to undermine the integrity of thy beloved.
V - Validation – Thou shalt not seek external validation from thy beloved but instead depend on an internal unconditional love for a sense of belonging.
W - Worthiness – Thou shalt love, forgive, accept and celebrate thyself unconditionally.
X - X-rated – Thou shalt always practice safer-sex protocols to protect the mind, body and soul of thyself and thy beloved.
Y - Yourself – Thou shalt always make a conscious effort to maintain self-awareness and self-development.
Z - Zeitgeist – Thou shalt maintain an awareness that the ABC is not definitive and reflective only of the time that it is written. Thou shalt remember that as one learns, grows and flows with life and love, as does the ABC.
