Performance Based Salary Packages
When we will say performance based salary, “Performance” is most ambiguous part. Most of people don’t know how their performance will be measured. If there is a crappy usual “Performance Appraisal” based system in-place, it is not aligned with what company goals & finally a true disaster came & destroy employees trust on company, and Company’s confidence on their teams.
In rapid change world, companies goals are changing, and with changing job nature, changing goals, it has to change “Performance Appraisal”, which is not workable.
Keeping, all these things in mind, what there will be simple & straightforward way.
If employee will able to do XXX hours job(billable) in 160 hours (total official time). Employee will have XXXX salary.
If employee will do XXX hours job monthly & do Quality Assurance by himself, Employee will have XXXX salary.
If employee will do XXX hours job monthly & do Quality Assurance, Plus client communication, Employee will have XXXX salary.
All previous, if employee will manage other team members, manage QA, Client Communication & start completing XXXX amount of hours per month, Employee will have XXXX salary.
“This is simple package like system, which we are purchasing like, 25GB quota price is $XXX & something like this”.
