I just now tried the Papa & Barkley Releaf Balm from Standard Dose on my bad knee. I can't tell yet how I feel about it. Any thoughts?

Bruh moment y’all.

My anxiety makes me constantly question whether I have ADD/ADHD or not. I am constantly worried that all this not focusing and not being able to do things is just me being lazy. Going through the ADD/ADHD tag on here is like a breath of fresh air. I can’t tell you how many times I have read a post and done that like suck in air thing(dude idk). That there’re not just phases, I really am hyper fixating on things and that’s ok. I can allow myself to hyper fixate on pressing flowers for a month and then completely forget about them in the drawer somewhere until I magically remember them a year from now. That I do stim, I’m not just figity. That it’s harder for me to keep track of time for a reason. That it’s hard to focus on doing work not because I’m depressed and lazy(depressed, yes. Lazy, maybe), but because I have a disorder.
