Hi folks, I'm not encouraging any discourse around this or naming/shaming, but I will say this made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't know if this is a thing people do in the hp fandom nowadays, but I'd like no part in it (i have also left that fandom and have no interest in engaging with it.) Just as a gentle, general PSA for folks who are new to fandom or fic writing, this makes me feel a lot of things and none of them are good. I have an open transformative works policy right on my ao3 profile, so if you're so moved to write something based on any of the work (that I have shared for free with the community) go ahead as long as I am credited and none of this is for a profit.
