Remember Passion, the latest Henry Press publication is a photographic newspaper of passion and politics. Photographer Martin Wilson has previously produced a book of 'portraits' from the television screen. (http://www.henrypress.bigcartel.com/product/the-television-set-limited-edition-of-50). These were primarily gathered from Question Time, a political panel show in the UK which is built on audience participation and questioning. What Wilson felt was often missing however was passion, and that as is oft remarked, an apathy has fallen over the political system in the UK.
Shortly after the death of Nelson Mandela, Question Time produced a special program in Johannesburg to commemorate his life and to ask 'what next?'. The photographs that resulted from this encounter revealed a great deal of engagement from the audience and panel members. A passion that must be remembered.
Edition of 20, 10 newsprint pages, card info sleeve/cover. Each copy also includes a limited signed print.
