Ah fuck I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I forgot to call and ask how to get an account so I can sign in and have a virtual appointment. I mean my mom has one so I’ll use hers but I meant to call and now I’m just frustrated with myself

Sometimes it's important to remember that murder is wrong and, even though it's far away from them, prison is not a worthwhile solution.
Since my mental issues make my memory obsolete, being a kind/caring person or a good friend is difficult.
Why? Because usually, when someone i want to get to know better tells me smth about themselves, I totally betray myself later thinking things like: "U invented that, that's not what they said", "U were distracted, so maybe u didn't listen right", "Are u reeaaally sure this is true?", "When did they told u so?", "U were under lots of stress lately, so perhaps now this memory has been distorsioned from what it really was", etc., etc., etc...
And because of this, I find so complicated to remember their favourite color (or I remember it, but I have other options to ask 'em just in case), how is it well-spelled their full names (mainly bc I give them nicknames), their family history, sometimes even their birthdays (it upsets me not to congratulate them in this dates!!!) ... It drives me crazy.
Of course that even asking them to repeat me what they've previously told (or showed) makes me super anxious, bc I believe this would make them think I don't care for what they talk me about, and I definitely do! A Lot!!
So maybe, sometime (not always it's the case), if a friend or a person you've been talking to for a while forgets something u've said to them, it can be a possibility that they wanted to remember bc it's important to them! But their mental issues had other plans..
