This is stupid but where did you learn to draw and colour? Where can I learn to do that?
Not stupid, but the answer is just start! Look at things! Love things! Pay attention to all the shapes and colours of stuff that tickles your fancy. Then recreate them. It can be anything. Just look at what you love and draw it. And then draw it again. And again. And again.
Don't be afraid to make bad art over and over until you make something you like! That is how I have learnt anything, just by experimenting, and if it's bad then that's perfectly fine. Trying again is free. Making bad art is the way to make good art. Art is a process of evolution. You never finish learning, all you can do is start.
Also, you can totally steal colours from other people. Like genuinely if you like my colours, just take them. Just grab my art and colour-pick from it (or colour-match #traditional) until you figure out what combos you like. You will learn as you go, but the crux of it is just start! Put that pen to work, chief! You got this!!
