mirror autumn's blood red leaves,
stirring memories,
of all who've fallen in war.
Alas, there are still
too many who die when young.
Our leaders don't seem
to learn history's lessons.

I watched the Prince of Darkness and his staff
As they crept towards London's Cenotaph.
Those hypocrites' faces were waxed with fake
Grief. Their primed, blood red poppies on display
For the world to see. While they were 'mourning'
The fallen, they were most fiendishly plotting
The next war. Six former Prime Ministers
Were there and all of them are sinister.
Respect…
