Remus Ames - Boneknapper
Categorized as a member of the Mystery Class, the Boneknapper is one of the most uncommon and abnormal species of dragons living around the Isle of Berk. As its name suggests, it creates its own armor from the bones of other dragons. Without this shell, a Boneknapper resembles a “big boneless chicken.” Because of this vulnerability, the bones a Boneknapper collects act as a protective covering and are essential for performing fundamental actions, such as roaring. The Boneknapper will search far and wide to complete its protective armor, sometimes spending years looking for a single perfect bone.
Vincent Solace - Sentinel
The Sentinels spend their lives perched on the sea stacks all through the outskirts of Vanaheim, where they watch over the dragons who have made this island their final resting place. They ensure that only those in need are able to pass through to Vanaheim. If the Sentinels find a dragon or Viking intruding, they will do all that they can to protect the island and its inhabitants. The sonic screech is used by the Sentinel to disorient their opponents. The Sentinel also uses its strong and powerful wings to defend the island by creating downdraft wingblasts. This move is strong enough to take out threats straight from both the sky and the ocean. Compared to other dragons, the Sentinel’s firepower is considered to be elite. In addition to its impressive collection of defensive moves, the Sentinel is also known for having enhanced senses as a result of its inability to see. While Sentinels may be blind, this dragon is still able to move around and maneuver itself with relative ease. This is a result of having overly developed senses, especially its sense of smell. This ability has allowed the Sentinel to be able to recognize friend or foe from their scent alone. The Sentinel’s advanced senses and impressive skills combined with its speed and agility make it quite a powerful dragon.
Antonio Cattaneo - Snow Wraith
The Snow Wraith is to winter what the Night Fury is to night. It senses the fall of each snowflake. It hears the glacial movement of every iceberg. It feels the slightest change in even the most frigid of temperatures. The Snow Wraith is the sole and uncontested denizen of its island. And when the chill wind roars, it might be the weather, or it might be the Snow Wraith descending upon its next victims.
Valentina Lovelace - Razorwhip
One single blade of the Razorwhip's tail is as deadly as the sharpest battle-axe. Arguably one of the most dangerous dragons the riders have ever faced, the Razorwhip has an aggressive and deadly nature. It has a barbed telescopic tail that can squeeze the life out of any Viking or dragon, or slice anything it comes into contact with to pieces. It is so dangerous that even the tears from its eyes are poisonous. It is extremely agile and maneuvers incredibly. Its only known vulnerability is its propensity to eat sea slugs. Razorwhips are reclusive by choice, due to extreme mistrust of both humans and dragons. However, those who are able to prove their worthiness to a Razorwhip will have made a powerful friend and ally for life.
Minju Kim - Night Fury
The Night Fury was once considered to be one of the most mysterious and fearsome species of dragons. In fact, until Hiccup befriended Toothless, no one even knew what a Night Fury looked like because they preferred to attack at night, when their black scales allowed them to blend into the night sky, making them mostly invisible. Night Furies are classified as members of the Strike Class. They have the ability to "dive bomb," meaning that they can plummet from great heights, gaining speed as they continue downwards, then shoot a "plasma blast" at their target.
Lucius Eicchorn - Whispering Death
Classified as a Boulder Class dragon, the Whispering Death is one of the most feared creatures on the Isle of Berk. Vikings can identify a Whispering Death by its bulging eyes, spiked body and the hundreds of sharp teeth that line the entirety of its mouth. These deadly teeth can rotate, making an eerie noise that sounds like hundreds of people whispering. "The Whisper" and the sound of the ground rumbling are the only two signs that this beast is approaching. While other dragons are sensitive to these signs, Vikings have a difficult time hearing these noises... until it's too late. This dragon has a snake-like body, reaching approximately ninety-five feet in length and weighing 2,500 pounds. Because of its long, thin body, its tail often makes a cracking whip noise as it moves. Razor-sharp teeth is not the only thing that makes its mouth deadly; it also possesses the strongest jaw of all the dragons, which it uses to travel through solid rock and to burrow underground. If its sharp teeth don't get you, it can also expel scorching rings of fire or shoot the spines that grow on its head and body at you. The only known weaknesses of this dragon are its poor eyesight, sunlight and the inability of its sharp teeth to rip through steel. The Whispering Death is extremely dangerous and difficult to tame, and it is important that young Vikings should be extremely cautious when dealing with this ferocious beast.
Braedyn Solace - Skrill
Skrills are famous for their ability to withstand flying through storms and use the electricity from the lightning to strike their enemies. That’s right, Skrills use the metallic spikes on their backs to gather electricity to shoot lightning! If you’re ever out during a thunderstorm, look to the skies – you might see a Skrill flying around hoping to charge up! With their large wingspans, Skrills are known to be excellent, agile and quick flyers. It has even been said that a Skrill can fly almost as fast as a Night Fury! As such, it is only fitting that they are classified under the Strike class. Skrills are known to be extremely independent and stubborn.
