De ‘formation intensive a l’enseignement dans les Universites et a la rechterche en matiere de droits de l’homme’/ ‘intensive training session for university teaching and research in human rights’ aan de ‘Fondation Rene Cassin - Institut International des Droits de l’Homme’ is bedoeld voor wetenschappers, universitair docenten, rechters, advocaten en mensenrechtenactivisten. Meer dan 100 nationaliteiten komen hier elk jaar in de zomermaanden samen om colleges, lezingen en werkgroepen te volgen. Deze worden verzorgd door het instituut i.s.m. de Raad van Europa in Straatsburg en de VN in Geneve.
