Honda’s family traditional Priest outfit, made by hand by his aunt, Himawari, for his deceased cousin Renji, and handed down to Kiku due to lack of time - the pact HAD to be made immediately and he needed to get dressed for the occasion.
It is traditional that a Maiden sews the Priest’s outfit, adding the corresponding flower to the belt (since all males in the family are named after a flower). In this case, Feliciano lovingly sew a chrysanthemum.
(Not much detail, since it’s just some concept art. Poor Kiku is standing on his only leg here, hahah).
