YO! When you get this you have to answer with 5 things you like about yourself, publicly. Then, send this ask to 10 of your favorite followers (non-negotiable, positivity is cool)❤️
;;; Wowsa, I wasn’t expecting this! Thanks! Always happy to see some positivity! Let’s see…
1: My writing. While I do often take time for it, with school, here, or otherwise, I do feel it’s pretty complete. It does mean that I don’t get as much free writing time, as I have to push myself for school/work-related writing, but I never really get a complaint about my writing- exactly what I strive for as an English major, working up to a master’s degree. Considering that I plan to use it for teaching others who are non-English fluency, it’s really important to me to know if my writing is just as understandable as my speech; and vice versa.
2. My centerhold on my mental illnesses; I recognize that I have issues, and make it positive by helping others , especially with a parent getting a PHD in psychology for family, as well as child and adolescent therapy. While I still have a hard time with my own issues, I can usually give onto others a treasure I cannot quite possess.
3. My organization; I may seem to be a bit of a perfectionist, but actually that is coping with Excutive Dysfunction Disorder: I have a hard time breaking one task into smaller ones. So it means that I might try to multitask before realizing that I moved away from my first task without finishing it. Because my family has OCD as well, the double checking I had to deal with often also meant I learned to ask myself if I finished them fully myself- and often use checklists, and most often on pen and paper to make sure I can physically check them off. Between here with posts, communications, homework or work tasks, I end up using a lot of paper and ink. But I have gained a sense of what a task looks like fully completed. Which with my blogs, boy do I have more than enough- certainly a time for spring cleaning.
I don't think I have seen ten to post here, though I do have some recent pictures of my animals to share too! And thanks for the submission! This was very fun!
