leak in my apartment AGAIN all my towels deticated to the cause so i cant bathe until later AND the landlord didn't send anyone to fix it like they said they would AND i know the guy they're gonna send when they get around to it is the sexual harassment plumber AND its not my day to do laundry but sundays are first come first serve so i gotta keep my eye on that bitch so i can shower so i dont stink at work tomorrow AND the bitch is still leaking. at least baby cat is having fun sliding on the floor

Landlord: Slowly raises the price of the washing machines.

Landlord: Gets rid of the coin option on the machines to push for the shitty app pay.

Landlord: Bolts shut the windows to the laundry room making it 4000 fucking degrees during a historic heat wave.

Landlord: "Why does no one use the laundry room?"

i know this has been said in the past but seriously y'all, when you move into a new rental place, take pictures of the condition the apartment/house is in when you get the key and save them. we were at our old house for two years and in that time the management company completely changed. after moving out, we received our deposit back with a $100 deduction saying it was because they had to purchase and install a new showerhead. since I had photographic evidence of there not being a showerhead in the first place, we were able to dispute this charge and they confirmed they'll send a $100 check with out arguing back. keep your receipts!!!

Fire alarm battery alert going off intermittently off over the past week, renting place with vaulted ceiling, can't reach it without really tall ladder. They already came out and replaced the batteries, but it's still beeping. By the minute, I am becoming more and more Spiritually and Metaphysically tethered to the IASIP ep where they move to the suburbs and go insane.

Why do landlords looooooove complaining about how hard it is to own a home? Lik their new line of defense seems to unanimously be "renters don't understand how good they have it because i HAVE to spend thousands every month on appliance repairs and various types of insurance and of course the weekly gardeners, pest control, and pool guys! So really renters have it so good they should realize how lucky they are to not own a home!"
