got new pants, pants gave me insane bottom dysphoria, try to distract myself from dysphoria, stumble on the trans surgeries subreddit, get more dysphoric, try to not think about how dysphoric i am at work, spiral and get more dysphoric to the point that im crying in the bathroom at work.
