been thinking about bottom surgery recently and came up with a pros and cons list

reasons to get bottom surgery:

ive dreamed about having different anatomy all my life and constantly wondered and dreamed about not having my current anatomy

my current anatomy makes me feel self conscious and dysphoric and that i and others think of me as not a real woman

opens up new avenues of intimacy and topping or bottoming that seem gender affirming and exciting

ive never been able to tell myself that i don't want it, it's always something i keep thinking about

reasons not to get bottom surgery:

im a top and its fun to not have to wear a strap

what if it makes sex worse

what if ive actually been lying and i do want my current anatomy forever

what do i hold onto while i mindlessly scroll socials at home

so you know a pretty difficult situation here im not sure how im gonna decide that last point is a big one
