Guys ... how early can I show up to tour? Like it says the doors open 3 hours prior to show time but like ... I gotta park (we have a ticket for a parking spot already THANK GOODNESS) and have like 5 freak out moments of excitement because this tour is massive ... is 4 hours excessive ....

Hiiii @taylorswift & all the tumblr Swifties! This is my official introduction, but I’ll keep it abbreviated(ish). I’m Meghan. I’m 28, I’ve loved Tay and her talents since Tim McGraw played on the radio way back when. I was 16 and I had a carrrrr (because I grew up in Maine and basically it’s a necessity- like food, or air- not bc I was special). I remember driving to Walmart and buying your cd after I heard you on the radio. I was instantly obsessed. I made all my friends listen to you when we drove to school, or sports practices, or literally anywhere. I say “made them” but after the first song they were all hooked, too. A lot has happened since then- for both of us. But you know what’s really cool? “Through it all nobody gets me like you do.” It’s felt like you were my best friend [albeit distant] the whole way through. Not only have I been a fan of yours and invested in you the whole time, but you have done the same for me. For all of us Swifties. And that’s... kind of a big deal. Do you know how amazing that is? Has anyone reminded you yet today? Well please, allow me. FOR TWELVE YEARS you have shown us that you listen, you care, and you respect our opinions. You have held our hands, hugged us through tears, sent us gifts for Christmas, birthdays, engagements, weddings, funerals, and everything in between. Each milestone in our lives, you have marked. Each milestone in YOUR life, you have shared, you have asked for our opinions, our help, and our support. Please know that what you do for us.... is not the normal. It’s the ultimate. You.
