The train accident the psychologist mentioned to every participant to convince them? What if the two people who died in that were her and her daughter? The girl loves trains and her mom has promised her an actual train ride...plus the group reset we see happens when they seemingly die in their original timeline (car off cliff). It doesn't really explain what she is playing at though

Aaand the year reset is happening via Inception's trademarked 'driving a vehicle off a cliff in slow-mo'...sure. Although if it's only their consciousness that travels back, why do they have to physically die? (I'm assuming that happens when the vehicle lands). I'm on the second episode and they got me hooked on the premise, so I'm curious to find out more about the rules of this thing!
