Repeating Posts
@tumblrstaff So apparently this is just a Thing. Where you see the same posts again and again and again and again every time you click a button and, frankly, it’s incredibly irritating. Is there something I can do to fix this? Please? I’ve had a tumblr for four days, and if this is how it’s gonna be I’d rather just not.
Is anyone else experiencing this???
Ten or so posts in the recent tab keep looping for me, repeating again and again, IN EVERY TAG. No matter how much I scroll, they always repeat. What is this?

I made a post that you probably missed on several problems I have with your website, as it does not function properly, but I’m deleting that post and re-posting it all in one post for more exposure.
No one likes this update. Again, every update, there’s always an issue, and we have to fix said problems with stuff like Xkit.
You, the designers, shouldn’t be putting your community through this. If this website actually did its job, you could have a really nice website. It’s why many of us use it, but you make it harder for people to stay.
See this? This is what I might see before my dashboard decides to crash. Those are supposed to be gifs. Eventually, they might load. Other times, I get this, and I have to start my scrolling all over again before I’m caught up on stuff I’ve missed from people I follow.
This here? This is an example of what I get when I click the ‘home’ button near the top right after the crash. The dashboard doesn’t load properly. I get this, or I’ll get posts trying to repeat/overlap itself in a huge mess. I have to close the tab and start over.I have to close the tab and re-open one to start over. This is how bad it is.
How can I see stuff from people I follow when the dashboard crashes? You guessed it, I CAN’T! For reference, this is on desktop, which is my highly preferred way to use Tumblr, because phones just take longer.
Also what I get sometimes when it crashes.
A more minor issue, but still something that should be looked at. When a tag is blacklisted, I don’t want to it. Granted, it technically does just that, but it will still put this in place of where the post would be. I do not need to see what I’ve blacklisted over and over and over again. I want it gone. Just get rid of it!
Nothing in particular, just an example of what your website looks like when it’s trying not to kill itself with code or whatever the heck is going on.
Again, not a huge issue, as I’ll try again and it’ll work, but I’m bringing it up anyway.
That’s all for now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if more was to come and I just haven’t discovered yet. How exciting! Something to look forward to, huh.
Look... I hate complaining, but I cannot stand it here anymore. I really just want to leave and exclusively use Twitter, but I have blogs I follow here and I don’t want to leave that behind.

I’m leaving tumblr, at first I thought this would be an awesome place, a safe haven and my rehabilitation zone from the OTHER SITE, and it is, i fucking love it here it is LOVELY, honestly this place has the best community I’ve ever seen.
BUT HOLY FUCK OH MY GOD ITS ANNOYING seeing the same fucking posts over and over and over and honestly it’s getting on my fucking nerves pretty badly, and I don’t think I’d wanna stick around here a bit longer, so I’ve decided that today, I’ll pack my bags and leave.
I’ll miss a lot of people, and to the 3 people that just followed me I know it must suck to see someone you just started following is leaving, now I’m not gonna be deactivating my account, just taking a LONG break from here to put it this way, I’ll come back when this bug is fixed I promise you all that.
But for now, I’ll say goodbye.
It pains me to leave but also this is the right decision to make.

@staff can we please get a ‘ive seen this post and its variations a million times, multiple times a day, can I please not anymore’ button for our dash.
Like all I can do is report it for spam to get rid of it but that gets the person who posted it in unnecessary trouble.
You know the Woosh this Away button? I want that but on dash posts.
Is there anyone else experiencing problems with the Tumblr app? It shows posts that are not related to the tags and it also keeps repeating the same 5-6 posts while scrolling down

I am so sorry my fellow followers! Something is screwing up with my Tumblr and it keeps repeatedly reposting same photo 2-3 times, sorry for then inconvenience. Does anyone else have this problem or had? If so does anyone know how to get rid of this? Thanks guys and sorry again.

Yo uuuh.... fix this please. It’s been happening for a while, but it’s finally gotten so bad that I’m literally only seeing the first like 20 posts or something over and over again
