I was looking for a fic in which post-war Draco becomes a healer, mostly out of spite, at the suggestion of Luna Lovegood. it ends with him doing magical surgery on Harry to keep the killing curses Harry's been hit with from killing him (and any people who happen to be nearby). I think it ends with them kissing?
