Boggart: Regulus’ boggart is himself failing, he knows that he cannot afford to and has been conditioned to believe that failing is the equivalent of death.
Amortentia: Tea: There’s something about a warm cup of tea with a spoonful of honey and dash of creamer that makes him feel so much better about the day. The Smell of Leather: Regulus loves the smell of a fresh leather jacket, he’s constantly had one on his person and loves the feeling of it. Wood Burning: A warm fire crisping has always made him feel better, he loves the scent of the woof burning and the sounds it makes as it burns.
Patronus: Regulus has never tried to produce a patronus however, if he had to it would take the form of a Buzzard. His first happy memory that would come to mind would be the times of him and Sirius playing before things got so complicated. Those with the Buzzard are natural observers, rarely missing anything. Often less talkative but still involved in what happens around them. However, choosing to watch goings on and be less talkative does not mean they lack communication skills. Those with the Buzzard patronus have great communication skills and can be very persuasive. Those with the Buzzard are often goal orientated. They know what they want and will do anything to achieve it. Analytical, those with the Buzzard are often found thinking and can outsmart there way out of any problem.
Wand: 9 3/4’ Rigid: The flexibility of a wand is generally a measurement of its willingness to work for its chosen Witch or Wizard. A witch with a whippy wand might learn spells faster than a wizard with a rigid wand, but the wizard with a rigid wand will have more spell strength once he finally masters it. Rigid and inflexible wands are the hardest to master, but dependent on their core and wood, can be the most powerful. Ash wood: The ash wand cleaves to its one true master and ought not to be passed on or gifted from the original owner, because it will lose power and skill. This tendency is extreme if the core is of unicorn. Old superstitions regarding wands rarely bear close examination, but I find that the old rhyme regarding rowan, chestnut, ash and hazel wands (rowan gossips, chestnut drones, ash is stubborn, hazel moans) contains a small nugget of truth. Those witches and wizards best suited to ash wands are not, in my experience, lightly swayed from their beliefs or purposes. However, the brash or over-confident witch or wizard, who often insists on trying wands of this prestigious wood, will be disappointed by its effects. The ideal owner may be stubborn, and will certainly be courageous, but never crass or arrogant. Dragon heartstring core: Dragon heartstring is a powerful wand with a lot of magical “heft”. It is not the core you want for subtlety, but for sheer power it is definitely the best. Although it is the most common core among Dark Wizards, Dark Wizards are most certainly not their most common users. Dragon heartstrings are by far the most common wand core amongst Slytherins, but their power often bonds to Gryffindors and Ravenclaws as well. However, they tend to overwhelm the archetypal
