Pumpkin Kitty is all finished! Her tears have been repaired, her body washed and restuffed with fresh stuffing, and new whiskers added.

Her face is a bit crooked since I stitched the muzzle back rather than patched or darned the fabric ( this skill is out of my wheelhouse tho). I’m still pleased with her though ^^ I may add some thread sculpting to her face still to

Also added some thread sculpting to give her a cuter expression since the crooked muzzle changed it.

I'm usually not the softest person on Earth but I've saved this little fawn plush from a bunch of idiots who was bullying him. I've washed him to erase the penis they'd drawn on his belly and due to the fact that they had took one of his eye out I've made him a pirate bandana and a patch and now he looks cool and badass.

Hello from me and Juniper! This blog is wonderful and I love reading the adorable bios you write for the plushies.

We love seeing other turtles, so please say hi to Satchel for us! Juniper relates to being nervous on windy days (She’s gotten picked up by the wind a couple times while reading outside with me. Scary!) and wishes him luck on finding a home and spotting more UFOs. This fellow turtle thinks you’re cool, Satchel!

We showed this to Satchel and he just blushed and hid behind a pillow 😆 I guess he appreciates it! I know he wishew he could have another plush buddy who likes UFO spotting as much as he does. It's apparently a game of patience 🤔

Juniper is such a good name! Her bracelet is adorable 🥰

Here's something we've never done! That's ask for help IDing one of our recent plush rescues!

Gael and I aren't perfect when it comes to research, but that's also something I've been doing for most of my life, so I at least enjoy deep dives and rabbit holes. That enthusiasm usually leads me to figuring out the most obscure plush. But this time, even I can't find anything on this unique vintage dog plush 😲

So I'm asking for some help! If you recognize this guy, let me know! I've only been able to find plushes that partially resemble him. He hasn't been much help I'm afraid. Sometimes older plushes don't quite remember where they came from 😔

But we're very happy to have him with us! And rest assured, he'll get a listing of his very own in the not-too-distant future 😊
