What is the kindest and most active way to engage with missionaries? Need to research, any kindness is good kindness? Letting them into your home is one of the tools their cult uses to get a foothold into your life to convert you. You refuse to even sort of entertain any of their teachings. You live in Arizona and it is regularly high 90s and low 100s (degrees Fahrenheit) and you know (from videos from an exmormon youtuber) that those girls are all 18-20 yo are far from home! Wearing silly underwear! Have been walking around cumpulsorily smiling from ear to ear, and they are hot, and tired and thirsty, and so very achingly lonely, despite being constantly monitored by her fellow captives.
WHAT ACTION DO I TAKE THAT IS THE KINDEST (in any range of her lifetime, what's the impact does giving them each an ice cold water bottle vs. is there an action I can make that Might get her out of the cult? is it my place in the universe to even try?) FOR THAT YOUNG WOMAN?
What thing can I do that best makes her feel safe, loved and open to the idea of letting go of the cult?
It may not be my place to try to be the one who tries do something, but if I can be that person who does? When others haven't or can't or aren't there? Do I not have some duty to society, or my fellow human, or right (? Maybe it's treated as a right sometimes, Samaritan laws exist to protect people who saw something going down and did their best to help, even when their help may have caused hard)?
