I've been so lazy I haven't update anything. I went to friend house on Monday and ended up with a bowl of fried rice, 2 chapatis. Felt bloated the whole day, fast for 22 hours because those carbs cause me so much trouble. I took lots of laxative just so that I can get rid of those. Might need to find a better solution to get those shit out of my body.
That also turn into over estimate the food I cooked. 700 calories but I snacked too much almond. Those shit are evil.
