64 you can’t… Specially when I’m carrying a heavy load!? I choose to respond to his play, instead of reacting to my button being unconsciously pushed. Not that I deny my own emotion (a mix of “who the f#& taught you to forbid me!?!” and feeling like a victim). I let myself feel it physically and I thank this emotion mentally. But I choose to act in my present, my parenting project, instead of in my past, where my button belongs. What a training for your problem-solving/solution-creating skills! It sure is an asset in our fast changing world!
