Ahh gosh I'm glad you all think it's a good idea!! I'm just torn on the fact of how to use my repels wisely, I'm not sure if I should soft reset when I run out or just buy more so it's easier to keep track of my encounters I'm gonna go do some research into earning money on Black/White 2 and see if it's worth it doing it that way! Thank you all for your responses though ;w;; I've never done repel tricking before and I'm super excited to try it out! Especially because it will either give me a gimmick shiny or my favorite Pokémon in the whole world!!

So I was thinking I purposefully grabbed a level 18 Pokémon for my Castelia City hunt so I could repel trick and only find Cottonee and Eevee But I’ve just been doing regular encounters all night Should I switch over to repels and soft reset when I run out but add up the encounters each time? Or should I keep random encountering like I’m doing? I was thinking of repel tricking after my first phase but would that even be a good idea?

@evanjellicent @sh-clockwork @respurry you guys are the only shiny hunters I know on here what do you think? If you’re a shiny hunter who follows me that’s not mentioned above 1. I’m sorry I missed you please don’t take it personally and 2. Feel free to give your opinion/advice as well!!

Aww thanks ;w;; I dunno they seem to not reply to me very much yet I see them super active elsewhere and I mean I dunno maybe I'm just really boring to talk to?? Or they're avoiding me on purpose qwq everything in my head is telling me it's my fault and everyone is like "oh you're just imagining it!" but 9 times out of 10 I'm actually right and they DO end up hating me and dumping me as a friend úwù That's happened to me more times than I can count so why wouldn't it happen again? ó wò Sorry I kinda started rambling on there . w.;; I haven't had anyone reply to me in a few hours and the others went to bed so I'm kinda desperate to have any human interaction at all;;;;
