Applying for jobs at the library today Ressi is enjoying the air conditioning while improving her tuck.

Today wasn't meant to be so eventfully but I'm very happy about the way Res handled it! I was just going to go for a ride with her because she needs more car time (she wouldn't even get near a car when I first got her). But my mom called me and asked me to run to the store and fast food place. Well first we went to Nico's and me and Dakota just ate there cause we were hungry. Ressi has never been to a food place before so I positioned her under the table and told her down and hold and for 30 minutes she did just that and barely noticed when I dropped a piece of food! Then we had to go to Walmart. I was half tempted to stay in the car but Dakota wasn't sure what to get so it was also Ressi's first time in a real store! I can't say she did one bad thing while we were there, she did blocks, she sat when I stopped, she didn't touch anything, and I have to say being able to have her there and pet her and have her leaning on me greatly reduced my anxiety (even though she's a medical alert not PSD) And I even saw my cousin who's going to give me some SD training books he has from when he was thinking about training is own SD. All in all today was fantastic!

Ressi came with me and my boyfriend to the mall today and did some very good tucks when we were sitting for quite a while. Also when I was standing outside waiting for my boyfriend a very nice lady asked if she my 'assistance dog'. I told her yes she's my service dog in training for medical alert. She asked if she was still allowed to have pets and I told her no sorry and she was very respectful and told me good luck with her Its been a good day ☺

Ressi did SO GOOD today! After Sonic we went to the vet, and calmly sat next to me while this other Shepard was barking and howling at the reception desk. She let the vet feel her and check everything and didn't squirm. And she even started sitting on her own when I stop walking. And for the first time since I got her, she hoped in the car all by herself! What a great day!
