Inspiration For Our Daily Christian Walk: Rest in the LORD———————————----------------------------------------------

Trusting in the Lord, we can have and enjoy blessed rest for the mind, spirit, soul and body. Believe in Him and enter in.

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30)

Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22)

You will keep him in perfect peace,whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3)

Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. (Luke 6:12)

The captive exile hastens, that he may be loosed, that he shall not die in the pit, and that his bread should not fail, but I am the LORD your God, who divided the sea whose waves roared. The LORD of hosts is His name. (Isaiah 51:14-15)

There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. (Hebrews 4:9-10)

And on the seventh day, God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. (Genesis 2:2)

Sometimes this journey gets rough, but HOLD on! I know it may seem as if there is no way out, your job situation is a mess, friends talk about you, family turn their backs on you, but HOLD ON! This season is only for a moment. 1 Peter 5:10 states “And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you”. Father God in the name of Jesus, we need you to wrap your arms all around us. It seems as if everywhere we turn there’s confusion, disappointment, misunderstanding, death, poverty, and hardship. But God, you said in your word that trials only come to make us stronger and that you will never put more on us than we can bear, but God some of us are on the verge of breaking, some of us can’t see how to exit, some of us can’t feel your anointing but hold us, keep us, and protect us, OH GOD! The turbulence is unbearable but we will keep our eyes on you! We are decreeing JOY today! Joy in our homes, Joy in our finances, Joy on our jobs, Joy in every situation. We praise you and we worship you, in Jesus’ Mighty and Precious Name we Pray. 🥪 It wasn't really about the bologna.
