CORE STRENGTH - developing a strong core is essential for performing barre work correctly and getting the most out of the exercises, a strong core helps with posture and to reduce lower back pain. 2. FLOOR BARRE - floor barre focuses on strengthening the glutes and inner thighs which makes the ballet exercises more accessible 3. BARRE WORK- at the barre we combine core ballet exercises with upper body strength and a full body workout, we use a variety of equipment including Pilates balls, resistance bands and hand weights to make it harder or easier.
