Quit barking at the moon, Laika
Through Lengthy discussion, we have decided which house and beast corresponds to which planet.
Sun- Dominicus, Soul MIA (where is she???? Probably under the river idk)
Mercury- The Sixth house, Beast Number Two shot quicksilver, so we can assume it’s mercury.
Venus- The Seventh house, Beast Number Four was a beautiful face that chanted die, die. We can assumes it’s Venus.
Earth- The First House, Alecto. We can assume she’s Beast Number Nine.
Mars- The Second house, Beast Varum the Eater, Number Seven. My evidence is that it’s themematically appropriate for Mars to watch over its twin in Nona.
Jupiter- The Fifth House, I’m going to guess it’s Number Five through process of elimination. We never get a mention of Number Five.
Saturn- The Fourth house, Beast Number One was a dragon, and Saturn is one of Kronos’s names, and he was sometimes a dragon.
Uranus- The Eighth House, Beast Number Sixth had giant sphincters and shot worms, so we can guess it’s Uranus. (Get it? Uranus? Sphincters? It’s a butt joke. )
Neptune- The Third House, Beast Number Eight was a head with fish fins, so I’m connected that to the planet associated with the sea.
Pluto- The Ninth House, the only Beast left is Number Three, who we never get a mention of.
Yippie.

Harrow the ninth spoiler
I have a theory about resurrection beasts being on a spectrum.
I would elaborate, but it is entirely based on my theory that Harrow is a resurrection beast light and therefore kinda self-explanatory.
Resurrection beasts are the multitude of spirits of a planet united in the form of one singular being. Lyctors are the spirits of two beings in the form of one being.
We don't know how the ritual worked that assured Harrow's birth as a necromancer. What of the spirits of the children had simply been taken from the body and mould into Harrow's spirit inside of her mother?
Just thoughts I had on the plane to my honeymoon.
Also this would make Harrow a great subject for Ianthe's research.
Ressie the resurrection beast for day 15
Some resurrection beast sketches I did while procrastinating working on my animatic
Uncolored under the cut :)
