Steinberg Valentino holds RETC liable to the breach of contract. They deliberately stated in the agreement that they would make the full payment after the job completion. Of course, they had no intention of paying at all, as we learned later.

Fraudster David Mau & RETC
RETC, which should be better known as the Fraudster Association, is a Scam company operate by David Mau. They required services from the Steinberg Valentino and entered into a contract. Of course, the RETC probably mistook it for a charity donation receipt on our part which would explain why they failed to pay as per the agreement.
