absolutely, and its a pet store, too...so add regular retail questions with animal questions and it's like hell. one time we had a huge fish in our front tank (the fish was prob like 3ft long), and a lady asked me if it was a dog. another lady asked me if an african grey was a bald eagle. those are true stories.

i understand people want to know about the animals, but it's common sense that you're not gonna find a dog in a fish tank or a bald eagle in a pet store in NH.
