Return On Influence
From Brand Ambassadors to KPIs, Social Media Metrics, and Return On Influence is more than paramount. This class added another dimension to my understanding and stance on operations, as a business owner and an individual who utilizes social media platforms.
Before actually taking this course I shared, I’d “Create monthly reports that analyze a variety of metrics that describe audience behavior toward Powerful Concepts, LLC”, we all know that, that is just a minute part of understanding Google Analysis. GA (as we affectionately call this platform) shares references on everything imaginable…views, placement, demographics, age, gender, the list could go on and on, it’s truly amazing!
I have utilized SEO, the process of making improvements to my website(s) in order to gain more exposure, and visitors for the right reasons. I’ve researched keywords and discovered 7 Steps to Finding the Right Keyword Phrases. I also utilized www.submitcorner.com for assistance with these efforts.
There’s a plethora of knowledge and skill set available through this course, again I’m in awe of the knowledge that I’ve come away with as a result of this class. From 6 types of data that can be used to find influencers, to creating a strategic social media plan. I have to admit this is a dozy! The planning of a strategic social media plan is a task that requires great insight on the market, competition, and consumers. It is not a task to be taken on LIGHTLY…
For example, Mapping is an intricate part of the overall strategy for success. In mapping, you plan who, what, why, and how to build a cascading tree which encompasses your scope. Which establishes the mission, goals, and tactics of a plan.
Last but certainly not least, is Return on Influence... (influence is reflected in the return on investment) so much so the industry pays more attention to your followers than initially considered, in other words your followers speak volumes. Overall this class offers great insight and a long list of activities to make sure your website and social media platforms work for you, delivering the kind of knowledge contingent on success.
