My love and I were recently put on the guest list for a Slightly Stoopid show by their keyboardist and a gentleman, Paul. It was Bree’s birthday and I promised her I wouldn’t work. Paul invited us into the tour bus, so we strolled in and the whole band was in there, playing Nazi’s vs. Zombie’s or something on X-Box. Kyle paused the game and introduced himself. Someone else said ‘Here, we poured too many” and handed me a shot of Jäger. Then I head to the back of the bus and smoke bong rips of delicious herb. I’ve been listening to these guys for well over a decade and I was secretly nerding the fuck out. Sometimes life just puts you in the right place at the right time.
