Various times all HC weekend long (August 24th-26th) at the Hell City Main Stage Tattoo Competitions will be held. Registration fee for each category is $15 (Tattoo of the Day is Free). A panel of carefully selected tattoo artist will judge the tattoo competition using Hell City special electronic rating methods. The completion tattoos will be displayed to the attendees on large main stage screens and will be displayed/ announced over a P.A. system to keep attendees informed on details or the competing piece.
