We will be going through and reblogging everyone’s intros to our signal boost blog here as well, just to ensure that no one will miss anyone’s introduction. TIMESTAMP DETAILS: It’s been a little less than two months since Neville Longbottom’s death and Harry Potter’s resurection, and the Wizarding World is in shambles. The Ministry and Hogwarts now under the control of the Wraiths, this is the calm before the storm — every student has been asked to leave Hogwarts for winter break while the Wraiths make preparations for the new term. Once the students return to Hogwarts at the end of winter break, it is certain that the castle will be changed for the worse, with inevitable ministerial decrees to help preserve the regime. The holidays might be here, but there’s a somber aura draping over Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley, and instead of the Christmas decorations that normally adorn the streets, you’ll find posters spewing blood purist propaganda. The new year is coming, and it’s clear that things will never be the same again.

Hi, everyone! We’re excited to say that we’re finally back from our hiatus! We really apologize for the wait, but everything has just been so hectic lately. Among other things, Admin Mar unfortunately came down with COVID-19, so she was sick and had to self-isolate for a bit. However, she is finally feeling better and is no longer quarantining, and I will be around to handle everything while she focuses on herself. I’m going to take a day or two to revamp the roleplay including updating the main, doing some housekeeping, clearing out inactive characters, and checking in with the applicants still in our inbox, and then I plan on doing an acceptance and posting our next timestamp! In the meantime, I’ll be on the main a lot if you have any questions -- my state’s issued a stay at home order, so I don’t have much else going on right now. Even though we’ve been on hiatus for a bit, there’s still so many of us here, and we have a lovely group of dedicated and welcoming roleplayers who would love to see some new people join us. Hi, everyone! Now that we’re back from hiatus, we’re so excited to finally get the ball rolling again! Thank you all for being so patient with us! We really appreciate it so much, and we hope that you are staying safe in these trying times.
As promised, we’re going to be moving on from the previous timestamp, but before we post our next event, we would like for you to all to write up summaries of what happened to your character(s) in our last timestamp. These summaries do not have to be long at all, and you can even make them short bullet point lists if you want. We would just like for all of our members to write something up because, once we know what happened to everyone, it’ll be much easier for us to write a wrap up of the timestamp.
Because we’d really like to encourage you all to headcanon with each other, we ask that everyone plot out two interactions that happened to their characters during the duration of the timestamp. You do not have to actually roleplay these interactions out, but we want you to at least plot them and put them in your summaries. Of course, if you want to actually write these interactions as threads, self paras, or drabbles, please feel free to! We’d love to see that.
You have until the end of Wednesday (11:59 PM PST) to write these summaries. Of course, if you need more time, please feel free to contact us and we’ll work something out, but we’d like to see them as soon as possible.
In the interim between our last timestamp and our next event, we will be doing a transitional timestamp that takes place from January 8th, 2026 - January 11th, 2026. This will be the remainder of Hogwarts’ winter break, and it’ll last until the end of Wednesday (11:59 PM PST). I will post the next event the following morning or afternoon when I wake up. In the meantime, you can use this timestamp to work on old replies or roleplay the aftermath of the battle. As always, you can still do flashback threads if you’d like and continue roleplaying out past interactions, but if you would like to have a clean start and just move on to the next timestamp, that’s completely understandable too.
