Which is better: Revan taking their name from the preexisting term revanchist so they can say "my name is vengeance" with a straight face, or the term revanchist being created and applied to the movement centuries later as a direct result of Revan's legacy?

Or both: Revanchist was the preexisting term for righteous vengeance in Ryl or Catharese, and it moved into Basic due to Revan and their warfaring encapsulating the concept?
