What started as a few fun comics based in the Star Wars universe has quickly become a series in which Din Djarin and Ezra Bridger help Luke Skywalker rebuild the Jedi Order. Grogu is also helping as much as he can, but he's mostly focused on snacks, following Din around, and occasionally learning Jedi stuff. At the center of this storyline is an OT3 ship between Luke, Din, and Ezra.
If you're new to the series, the best way to catch up is on Ko-Fi, where everything is in chronological order and divided up into “Seasons” using the albums. It's all available for free. I appreciate any support, and I do accept commissions, but mostly Ko-Fi is just a great way to organize and share The Knotted Threads in a way that's more approachable than Tumblr's formatting.
The TKT Timeline is canon-compliant with the following:
All of Clone Wars Animated Series
All of Star Wars Rebels
The first 2 seasons of The Mandalorian
The prequel trilogy
The original trilogy
Jedi: Fallen Order
Solo: a Star Wars Story
The TKT Timeline is non-compliant with:
The sequel trilogy
Some of the Book of Boba Fett
Backstory (this stuff is canon for the TKT Timeline, but is all my own headcanon. It wasn't in the shows):
Someone eventually found Ezra and brought him home.
Din missed Grogu too much and eventually decided to go join him and Luke at the new Jedi school.
Din also did this to avoid being the new Mand'alor, which people won't stop bugging him about.
Ezra got invited to help out with the new school too.
Ezra and Luke met and briefly dated between Season 2 and Season 3 of Rebels. There’s a whole 55k fic on AO3 if you’re curious how that went. (To keep this canon compliant, Luke didn't know Ezra was a Rebel or a Jedi. Ezra didn't know Luke was a Skywalker.)
Luke found Anakin's lightsaber at some point after the events of ROTJ.
This is my design for adult Ezra Bridger. (He's 28 when the events of TKT start)

Reading the Comics on Tumblr
If you specifically want to read the comics on Tumblr, you can either use the archive feature to find them, you can filter by the listed tags, or you can go back to the old master post. It’s not fully up-to-date anymore, but it’ll get you through most of it.
Just discovered you and safe to say you’re the reason I’m playing kotor for the first time lmao. I’m just wonderin, what’s the difference between Kes and Scout? Cause I thought they were supposed to be the same oc but apparently their different?
Woo! Another Kotor player! In the interest of full transparency, I do run my version of Kotor with several mods installed. The list can be found here.
Unfortunately, answering your question about Kes and Scout and how they're different would require me to spoil one of my favorite Kotor reveals.
Best I can tell you without spoilers is that they are the same person, but one big event went very differently for the two of them. To the point where it gave them entirely different personalities, goals, etc.
My expectation was that Kes would be Light Side and Scout would be Dark Side. Kes finished at 4% Light Side. The Scout playthrough isn't quite done yet, so we'll see how that goes.
What if I'm the one who killed you every time I caved to guilt?
What if I've been far too kind to foes but a monster to ourselves?
I blame @frecklef0x for finally convincing me to listen to Epic: The Musical. It's been my go-to music while I was doing the last few comics. Anyway here's early Mandalorian Wars Revan as they start to realize just how much winning this war is going to cost them.
Also here's the song and animatic that this draws inspiration from. It's beautifully animated, and the song is on almost all of my Revan playlists now.
Did Kes ever do the Rakatan mind prison side quest?
In their defense, that was during their first Bastila crash-out. They were not paying attention.
Ironically, the Scoundrel background Revan, nicknamed Kessel Run for their "history" of spice smuggling, missed their only opportunity to smuggle spice.
(Scout also did not play the Rakata game. They delivered the spice, got paid double for it. Then they got the box to deliver, were told "don't open the box" and just... didn't open it. And then got paid double for that delivery too.)
I don't feel like the game should have given Scout Dark Side points for telling Mission to go no-contact with her shithead brother. I do understand why they got Dark Side points for threatening to sell his organs on the black market when he hit them up for money though.
Going through your Revan posts. And as much as I adore their actions and shenanigans, I have to ask how did they get in and stay in the Jedi order? Did the Jedi masters just drop the ball with this one or did Revan just prove to be an unyielding force they decided to have with them than against them?
To be fair to the Jedi, when my Revan first showed up at the Order, they looked like this:
And they were a good kid - eager to learn, quick to make friends. They were trained as a padawan and then knighted. No one had any reason to believe they weren't a good fit for the Order.
When Revan went to war, they did leave the Order. So they weren't part of the Order years later, when they declared themself a Sith Lord and tried to conquer the galaxy with Malak.
But the Jedi had this great plan to - rather than killing Revan - erase their memory and use them to undo the damage they'd done. Any reservations they had about Revan post-mind wipe were overcome by the fact that this was the last chance. It was the only way for the Order to survive Malak's onslaught, and it was the only way for Revan to be redeemed.
They would be mortified if Malak found out how many times Bastila and/or HK-47 had to solo a fight with Scout actively bleeding out at their feet. (In their defense, nobody else has to put points in persuasion or charisma)
Malak, for his part, wouldn't be even 1% surprised. He has followed Revan into a thousand fights they couldn't win. "Do you not know that this is what you do? It's your entire personality."
Fortunately, Dantooine is a very safe planet where nothing bad ever happens. 😌 I'm sure Scout would have no regrets whatsoever about leaving a child there. (If they ever get around to it. They are very busy, you see.)
Idk if anyone else would even notice this, but about halfway through coloring, my eye caught on the fact that Scout's elbow is leaning right against a big oil stain. All their effort with the gloves and the apron, and for what?
