*Relationship needs to be transcendent to the being level which is the consciousness level, above the physical attraction and emotional attraction, otherwise, it won’t last because physical and emotional attraction will gradually fade away, and what left in the relationship is mental judgments or needs on each other.

*Mind creates barriers between each other in a relationship based on its ability to create fictitious stories/judgments on each other.

*Before you make any important decision in a relationship, ask yourself whether it is based on the other person’s image/story in your mind or his/her true self.

*Try to avoid using words like ‘betray’ or ‘cheating’ to describe what happened to you in a relationship because it indicates negative and heavy stories and judgments which involve yourself in a drama and will accumulate unnecessary painful emotions in your body. These emotions will then trigger negative thoughts in return which turns into a vicious cycle. And this drama will become your self image and will color the way you see the world and your future relationship.

* Refrain yourself from creating stories on top of the facts/events will reduce negative thoughts and emotions, which is beneficial for yourself.

*Don’t use relationship as a way to complete yourself or meet your needs because what you need will eventually has to be found in yourself. 

*Let go of the conventional concept of relationship, or what you think it should be. Just focus on bringing your presence when you relate to the other, which is simpler and easy for both of you to enjoy every moment.
