The other day this week I got a nagging feeling that there is something on September 17, but what? Hmm. No, my friend's eldest son's birthday is on October 16, not 17, not September. What could it be?

Oh, right, it's Revolution birthday!

Gah, in some aspects this show and this fandom saved my life, especially the people (you know who you are, I hope)* who reached out over the years when I was struggling and offered kind words and compassion and encouragement that pulled me back from across the world.

You all and our little show will always have a special place in my heart.

I thought I was done with Tumblr and fandom-ish things. Since the Revo fandom sort of scattered, I haven’t been able to find anything else that has held my attention in the same way. Like, I’ve watched a bunch of arguably much better shows since then and enjoyed the hell out of them, but ya’ll...Revo and the Revo fandom was/is special. I miss you guys. :( 

I’ve been feeling so nostalgic lately and, like, intensely missing when the fandom was at its height. This week, the feels hit so hard that I found myself going through my Tumblr archives, revisiting old Revo cast interviews on YT, and (gasps!) writing a bit of fic. (And spending three days harassing @lodessa via DM, sorry not sorry. ;))

If you’re still around, say hi! I miss this fandom fam so damn much - the way Bass misses Miles or the way @dj-hipstermiles probably misses DJing in his shed.
