The offer

Zipping through the city was always where Thawne felt most comfortable, the power surging around him. He saw everything at this speed, the dog peeing on the fire hydrant, people in diners, and in Gotham there’s always a mugging.

 He wasn’t here for that though, there was a woman he had read about, Harley Quinn, everyone knew how she started, Joker, but in the future she was known as more than that. 

Thawne had plans, he had always had plans but this one would need...others and Quinn seemed like a good place to start, especially with the big clown in Arkham. 

He ran into where he assumed her hide out was, the TV was on but he didnt see her, before he ever introduces himself he always vibrated, making himself nearly invisible but this always made him hungry, if all went well maybe she’d let him raid her fridge.

The speedster called Zoom shattered Barry’s spine, killed his father, humiliated and traumatized him, and then stole his powers... all after working his way into his life and acting as a friend. That must really piss you off, Thawne. Some nobody from another world trying to destroy the one you love and hate the most? You should’ve been there to stop it.

“It’s true, I feel a sense of ownership over Barry, but I also acknowledge that anyone who throws on tights and opts to fight crime is bound to acquire a lengthy list of enemies. In all honesty, I’m actually quite a fan of Mr. Zolomon. Any pain to Barry or his life is pleasure to me, and we all know Zoom’s place and impact on Barry’s history as compared to my own. The man doesn’t even come close to my level of… intimacy.”
