I have a lot of them so I’m just gonna list my top 5 favorites that have been circling my brain:

1. Revive au

Basically my latest au post where the survivors are put in an alternate reality where there are no killing games(yet) and the pinklings are all regular high schoolers. However they still have all their memories and have the threat of the scientists pulling them back in and they have to stop it. I love it. It would be a fun way to explore character dynamics, offer some healing for the survivors, and just be fun to play around with. Especially with the impending threat of staffside coming closer…and closer. They have no idea how long before they’ll be pulled back into the games, no idea if their plan will work, and most importantly—no idea if they can save any of them.

2. Yanazaki au

I was debating including this one or my yanakenzaki au but this one won over. Mostly because this au allows me to explore and think about Okazaki’s character more. Okazaki is someone I find so satisfying because her mentality is a mix with her delusions of a super villain and being apathetically pragmatic. Her mindset is one I want to pick apart and this allows me to write how I see how her thinking works, especially when it is challenged. And I think Yanagi fits that role so well and not only that, these two have a lot of similarities with different Okazaki ships(tsuzaki, Kenzaki, harazaki, etc) that it’s just fun to play around with them. So this au is the brainchild of Okazaki vs Yanagi’s mental strength. With some Tamba character study, which we’ll get into in the future of the fic

3. Rewind au

Context for that is here. You’ll notice a trend for me liking these aus because it allows me to get into other characters mindsets. That’s a big thing for me. I like fics that explore how a character thinks or may feel or put them in situations that allow them to grow or regress. This au is a good example. Put twelve students that were all dead and or murdered by someone there and force them to stay there for two years. There are bound to be complicated feelings and I love it!! Not to mention the idea to add suspense with staffside being close to figuring them out is just the cherry on top

4. Love bug au

This is pure shipping fuel. Basically instead of the cold motive, six students are injected with a serum, which causes them to slowly go crazy and want to kill the people that I love platonically or romantically and after 10 days I’ll go through a Koto state which will lead them basically brain dead. That leaves a few options for potential killers one: someone who is infected by the love bug and kills the person to get rid of the pain that comes with it, two: someone killing someone else to help the person they care about that’s under the love bug, or three: someone killing themselves to help the person they care about. I’d imagine the victims of the love bug are Kamimura, Hasegawa, Hama, Watari, Yanagi, and Wada. Which leaves Hiroaki, Ojima, Okazaki, Hayashi, Tsuno, and Tamba to deal with the fall back of the infection. How fun :)))))

5.Talen swap au

This is an old one but a good one. The list for who swaps with who is here. Fun fact, I have drafts of each characters introduction like in the prologue of Tetro pink that shows an insight of the characters lives in the town swap AU, but I never finished them. I only finished Isono’s. Still this au is fun because it changes a lot about how the characters act and what the death order would be in the games.

Taehyung: Revive 1

In which falling in love was not part of the plan.

Taehyung is aware of the fact, that his own tomorrow isn't safe in the slightest- considering the world he lives in these days. The most corrupted are the safest to dominate; they know how to manipulate their surroundings to make sure they get to make them work for them.

It's unfair, really- but it's his reality. He's in the fortunate position to have a relatively stable job, good money on the high shelf, and actual friends who don't see him as a tool to climb up the stairs of society. It's rare to find something like that in a town as dirty as this, but he'd somehow won the lottery in that department.

Walking into Yoongi's garage, he takes a look around to browse the new metals and parts the older man had been able to get a hold of recently. It's his first thought to come here whenever he needs anything for his work - his primary focus on machinery and robotics, a lucrative business considering that society depends on these things like air at this point. From police-androids, to the vending machine down the street- Taehyung knows how to get behind the wires, has a talent when it comes to problem-solving.

"What's it this time?" The older man asks, greeting him with a small smile and an almost-finished cigarette between his lips, before he wipes his hands on his already dirty pants. "Another porn-bot?" He jokes, making Taehyung cringe a bit as the older one takes a drag from his cigarette- before Taehyung chuckles, shaking his head.

"No, I don't have anything to do right now actually." He shrugs. "Just here for something to do." He mumbles to himself, trying to come up with something he could occupy himself with for the next few days until he'd get another job. "What about this one?" Taehyung asks, as Yoongi throws his cigarette down to stomp it out.

"Lost cause. Tried it all- kind of a shame really." The older one answers with a shrug, moving the cloth to reveal your body underneath- unmoving, lifeless, parts scratched up and dented, artificial skin missing in some places, revealing the skeleton and wiring underneath. "One of a kind. Guess she was a promotional one, but I'm not sure." He says.

Taehyungs eyes are fixed on all the damage, mind already running in high speeds, thinking about how to somehow repair it all. "What the hell happened though?" He mumbles, walking closer to gently turn some parts and joints, cringing and stopping instantly when he hears and feels the crunching sound of them.

"Got dumped here some months ago by some shady people. Paid them some for the metals in her, and tried to fix her up with what I have and could get." He explains deep in thought. "But, even if she wasn't so dented in-" he sighs, shaking his head. "Internals are fried, software bugs out every time I try and get her to boot up."

"So you did get a signal, though?" Taehyung asks, hopefully. You may look like a lost cause- bur even just a faint signal tells him there's a spark left.

You may be dead- but you're not gone yet.

"Yeah, but listen, don't waste your money. Some things can't be saved, Taehyung. We dont know what happened- and I'm honestly sure I don't want to." He urges, but the look on Taehyungs face before the younger man grabs for his wallet, tells him that there's no going back for him.

So he lets him drive home with you in the back of his car- Not charging anything.

And Taehyung is grateful for it- although he'd made sure to make his friend aware of the fact that the next dinner would go on him if he would like to join at some point. He's not one to stay in other people's favor for long, always trying to keep his name clear of any ties or negative points. It's a death-wish in this world to have anything stick to you- so Taehyung likes to stay as hidden as he can.

Carrying you inside his home hidden away from public view, he makes sure to still be respectful and most of all careful- on one hand because he tends to feel like androids are very much deserving of common courtesy just like humans, and also because he doesn't want to damage you any further, though its unlikely that that's possible at this point.

Connecting everything he can connect, he tries to at least figure out if your body has a signal left, like Yoongi had told him- and it does, in fact, making his eyes widen in interest. There's clearly damage to most of the software, but not all is lost if he can get your body in a better state than it is now. A signal means you're still very much capable of coming back again- and while he doesn't think it's going to be an easy task, he believes that you deserve a second chance.

So with a newfound determination, he gets to work- doing what he does best.
