Ain prefers smooth and glossy textures. An example would be marble countertops; he really likes them just because they look aesthetically pleasing and give a “regal” look to the room.

It was pretty strange, everyone Freya had class with she only had one or two classes with, but this person,  Chalan Narik, Freya somehow had all but her Freya class with him. Freya, normally, would never pay too much mind to something like this, but when this person happened to be like a ray of sunshine it was hard to miss him. 

Sitting in  Adv. Control and Magical Studies class, Freya let out a soft sigh. Another partner project huh? This was like the 3rd one she had this month. Honestly Freya would rather work alone, she worked better alone. 

Upon hearing her name called then Chalan’s name to be partners she blinked... What?

     “Uh.... uh oh.” That was a phrase no one ever wanted to hear in an Enchantments class. Following her subtle warning, the professor for the class called out an even louder ‘look out!’ before the crystal in front of Emiko exploded in a heap of dust and smoke. At the very least, her reflexes had been en pointe and Emiko was able to avoid the brunt of the blast - tackling her seatmate for the day in the process, so that neither of them would be affected much by her blunder. 

After the commotion died down, Emiko pulled herself off of the other and smiled sheepishly. A hand raised to rub the back of her head, a smathering of dust coating the back of her uniform, the blonde attempted to laugh off the mistake.

“So I guess that wasn’t exactly right, huh? Haha~.” She said, cheeks colouring in embarrassment. Emiko stood up properly before offering a hand to the poor boy she’d floored only a moment before, offering an apologetic smile this time.

“Sorry about that! But I bet it was better than getting your face exploded on, right?! Guess I should pay better attention!”
