First Impressions

If his message was to be believed, the Turian she’d been bantering with would be somewhere on the entry level of Afterlife. Getting in had been the usual hassle but luckily the Elcor guarding the door had extremely good memory and she’d been here once or twice before though it wasn’t a usual haunt by far.

Ah, there. Catching a glimpse of her new friend in the crowd, she sent one last sassy remark and smirked when he called her Pyjak again. Little. Only to an alien. Shutting down the omnitool on her wrist, she straightened her jacket and sauntered forward past the bar. 

As loud as it was, she made sure to stand close when she extended a hand so that he could hear. “Thanks for the invite, Gigantor. Sam, nice to meetcha. Sorry about anything that smells like grease or coolant, just got off work.”
