Aww yess they absolutely do. Piled together, relaxed, watching holovids, or reading, or just spending time together. Not having to worry about the war, or command, or anything other than what to make for lunch. (Which Wolffe usually takes care of, because Rex and Cody are both useless in the kitchen)

Grey Hairs

Just a little thing that happened thanks to this prompt list. Warnings for extreme fluff, and human octopus Rex. Also available on ao3. 

Rex stretched, just having gotten up from a nap. He wandered into the kitchen to find Wolffe and Cody talking in the kitchen. They all had the day off, and were actually relaxing for once, rather than finding some mundane task to do. Rather than joining the conversation like most ordinary people would, Rex walked up behind Wolffe and curled around his back. He wrapped his hands around Wolffe’s waist nuzzling into the short hairs at his neck. He earned the ‘human octopus’ nickname for a reason dammit.

Rex pulled back a little, and it was obviously still too soon after waking because his brain to mouth filter was definitely gone, “Hey, you’ve got more grey hair back here.”

Wolffe huffed while Cody outright cackled from the other side of the room.

Rex rolled his eyes, “Like you’re doing any better Codes.”

Cody gave a look of mock offence “Me?! Grey? Never.”

Wolffe scoffed, “Have you looked in a mirror lately?”

Rex propped his chin on Wolffe’s shoulder, both of them peering at Cody. “You know it’s because he’s too busy preening over his face to notice. It’s true, I saw him yesterday.”

“You little shit! I was not and you know it.”

It was Rex’s turn to cackle, but he had to do so on the run, because Cody started chasing him around the counter.

They were stopped short by Wolffe catching them both, practically hauling them off their feet.

“Let’s go settle this like adults.” He pulled them towards the stairs, “In the bedroom.”

Rex smirked at Cody, before both of them bolting ahead of Wolffe, “Only if you can catch us old man!”

Wolffe growled, and captured them easily. Almost like they wanted to be caught by the big bad grey wolf.

I was wondering if you had any fluffy Wolffe/Cody/Rex things you'd be willing to share? I've been having a rough week due to a lot of tests the week before finals, along with spraining my thumb and my index finger going completely numb. (You're amazing and your blog brings me so much happiness when I'm feeling down!)

Okay. So I conferred with @thebisexualmandalorian because all the rexodywolffe headcanons are from our joint aus (sex and candy au and beyond the sea au) 

Rex is the biggest cuddler. Octopus levels of attachment. Both Cody and Wolffe are completely content with this arrangement. Except for when they actually need to get up.  (Small example can be read here, if you haven’t already seen it)

Rex is also the best cook out of the three of them. He doesn’t do anything /too/ fancy, but really great home cooked comfort food. Always A+ delicious. Cody is middling, can cook basics pretty okay. Wolffe though. Wolffe cannot cook worth a damn. Does not have the patience for it. It is either completely under cooked or burnt to a crisp because he got bored waiting for it, went to do something else and forgot about it.

Wolffe is good at any and all mechanical maintenance around the house. If its broke he can fix it. Cody isn’t a neat freak persay, but he definitely makes sure the place doesn’t end up a disaster because it so would if Rex and Wolffe were left to their own devices. Cody makes a neat color coded chore chart, and tailoring chores to things they each like or at least can stand to do.

OMG! I got an ask about a meme i reblogged?! this does not happen often. Thank you nonnie!! 

Rex/Anakin - I can see where you’re coming from, they are 100% brotp for me though. I love them taking care/watching out for each other. 

Rex/Cody - codex, holy hells yes, definitely ship them like 1000% There is just an easiness between them. They are obviously close, and have been for quite a while (i totally hc from Kamino) I have written a bit of codex actually working on a hella angsty piece thanks to @thebisexualmandalorian angsting with me. but i have written some more if you haven’t read them already. 

Rex/Cody/Wolffe - oh also a big hells yes. They are a wonderful ship i love them a lot. Rex and Cody can temper Wolffe a bit. They all mesh so well. I’ve written them too!! They are paired in the s&c au and beyond the sea au!! 

Send me a ship and I’ll tell you my opinion of it.

Shiver

Another piece in Beyond the Sea au because I love it. Please enjoy Wolffe with sharks, and Rex and Cody being in awe. Also on ao3.

Wolffe was sitting chest deep in the clear shallow waters. He was smiling, and laughing, one might even consider calling giggling (though, not to his face of course). He was communing with a shiver of nurse sharks that had completely surrounded him.

Rex and Cody were nearby on the beach, only ankle deep in the water, close enough to watch, but not interfere. This was the first time Wolffe allowed anyone near, besides Jango, while he was spending time with the sharks.

There was a wide variety of sizes of sharks. Small ones that seemed to be just older than newborn, up to full length three meter adults. Wolffe had been able to coax them out early from their daytime sleep to come play with him for a short time.

Between his laughter, Wolffe was actually talking out loud to them, even though both Rex and Cody were pretty sure he didn’t actually need to. He just seemed to enjoy verbally speaking to them.

The first hint of star light was playing off the water, mixed with Wolffe’s joy; it was a beautiful thing to behold. Both of his boyfriends were so glad Wolffe was willing to share this with them.

Wolffe finally stood up and turned to them, after the last of the sharks swam away. He never kept them for too long, knowing they had their lives to live. He still had a smile on his face by the time he reached them, but there was a slight hesitance to it as well.

Rex figured he would start with the obvious, “That was incredible.”

Wolffe looked up sharply at him, “Really?”

“Absolutely,” Cody chimed in.

Wolffe’s smile softened a bit. “I wasn’t sure, what you would think, actually seeing it in action.”

Rex was astonished, and with a quick glance at Cody, he could tell he felt the same. How could Wolffe think they would care any less for him because of his talent?

Rex reached forward and laced his fingers with Wolffe’s hand, Cody did the same on his other side. “Wolffe, what you can do is extraordinary. There is no way we could ever think any different of you, we both love you.” Rex could see Cody nodding in agreement, and Wolffe smiling in awe, like he couldn’t believe that they would still love him after what they just saw.

Wolffe leaned into the space between them, and they wrapped their arms around him, “Love you too.”

They stayed that way for a while. Finally Cody, wanting to ease Wolffe out of the quiet said “Honestly, I’m just impressed you still like to spend time with them after the one took your eye.”

Wolffe huffed as he straightened, not letting go of either of their hands, “You know as well as I, that he was just being a shark. Yeah, he took my eye, but, hey I’m not dead right? And neither is he. I’d call that a win-win.”

Wolffe pulled them along the beach, parallel with the water, both of them walking backwards a few steps before switching hands and walking side by side. “Come on, let’s go see what Dad has cooking. I’m starving.”

Cody chuckled as Rex rolled his eyes, “You’re always starving.”

Wolffe huffed again, “Fine, I’m more starving.”

Rex laughed and bumped his shoulder into Wolffe’s, who bumped into Cody.

They walked like that, quietly talking and laughing all the way to Jango’s, where they did indeed find a delicious dinner, and a curious Boba, waiting for them.

you should probably know that the surfing AU and that thing where skater Rex wears too many oversized sweaters have become irrevocably entwined in my head. he always wears sweaters now. sweaters and swim trunks. that's a nice mental image.

omg i am actually clapping in delight!! YES i love it!! sweaters and swim trunks for Rex. Cody and Wolffe steal his sweaters all the time because they are big enough to fit all three of them and they love to smell like each other.Now i just see them relaxing in a giant fucking hammock together all cozy and comfy, listening to the ocean. BLESS YOU.
