Octhound but they braid each other's hair. Bloodhound better be glad they can't really feel their hands because Octane's hair texture is pure straw it is so bad. Anyways Octane is trying really hard to be gentle but his shaky hands are messing him up plus he accidentally yanks their hair a couple times because of their curl pattern. They both laugh it off
