I feel like it's not praised enough how they made Rhamphomon, a rhamphorhynchus based digimon, evolve into Azhdarmon, an azhdarchid pterosaur based digimon

They had a pterosaur hailing from the earlier Late Jurassic period evolve into a pterosaur based on a family of pterosaurs belonging to the later Late Cretaceous period

My paleo nerd self is very much enjoying this attention to detail

I just wanna go over Raito today, LSS: Tomoro sees Gokuwmon, gets kidnapped and sent to fight in a death colosseum. Raito got kicked out of Tactics and plans to win his way back.

Except for controlling Digimon....

Pride is a very powerful motivator.

Tomoro is trying to get Raito to stop fighting and calls him selfish as hell.

You're focusing way too much on that.

He answers by forcing Rhamphomon into......

Even if his own partner suffers in pain, he won't stop.

Even if it almost costed him his own life.

Do you wanna know what the lesson for today's episode was?

Don't let yourself get tunnel visioned on your goals. You might lose sight of the people who care about you, sometimes hurting them, sometimes yourself and other times, innocent people.
